Can I Add Interiors and/or Screens To Only Some Appointments?
Yes. We can arrange to clean your screens or interior windows at any interval you like. For interior windows, we’ll simply have to set an appointment date to ensure we get them while you are home.

Will I Need To Be Home For Each Cleaning?
No. You do not need to be home for the exterior cleaning or screen cleaning services.

Will I Need To Be Home For Each Cleaning?
No. You do not need to be home for the exterior cleaning or screen cleaning services. We do however need you to remove any exterior screens on your day of service.

Do You Clean Through The Winter?
No. All Regular cleanings will be suspended in December and begin again in March.

How Does Payment Work?
Your credit card will automatically be billed once per month.
A single charge for monthly clients, 4 cleanings cycles per month for weekly customers.

Can I Pay With Cash Or Cheque?
Yes. We can arrange to take cash or cheque payments for a full year (Monthly) or every 6 Months (Weekly).
Please arrange for this amount to be paid to our crew during your first cleaning.
The 2¢ must be paid for by credit card, which will remain on file but not be billed unless requested.
